Christopher is a creative portrait and landscape/cityscape photographer based in Chicago, Illinois. Christopher has a deep appreciation for both vivid color and moody black-&-white storytelling.
Rooted in curiosity and connection, his work explores the peaceful narratives in people and spaces around him. Curiosity draws him to cityscapes, landscapes, architecture and street photography, while connection guides his portraiture work. His photography is less about documentation and more about emotion-capturing atmosphere, feeling, and the engaging stories formed in light & shadow.
Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Christopher’s curiosity for photography began with his very first Polaroid - not just for the picture itself, but for the wonder of watching a moment magically transform into an image. He still remembers his earliest “My First Camera” as a child and the magic of those pre-made images that appeared with the press of the shutter button. That early fascination became the foundation for his creative path.
Today, Christopher continues to create work, still rooted in curiosity and connection. When he’s not behind the camera, he’s teaching beginning photographers the fundamentals of photography and helping them discover the same sense of wonder that first inspired him.
